Update: B.C. to lift COVID-19 restrictions

Additional changes to the COVID-19 restrictions were announced this week by the Provincial Health Officer, Dr. Bonnie Henry.

Throughout the pandemic, 换妻探花 has kept students, faculty, staff and campus visitors safe by following the advice and direction of the Provincial Health Officer, the B.C. Government, Island Health and WorkSafeBC.

As of Friday, March 11, the public health order requiring face coverings in indoor public spaces is being repealed. That means face coverings will be optional in all indoor public settings. People may want to continue to wear a mask based on personal choice.

The Provincial Health Officer has also announced that on April 8, the requirement for proof of vaccination to access events and services will be removed.

Changes at Camosun

As of March 11, face coverings are optional in all indoor public settings at Camosun, including classrooms.

Please be respectful of individual choices when it comes to face coverings and physical distancing.

Vaccinations remain the primary layer of protection and Camosun strongly encourages all eligible people to get vaccinated.
