换妻探花鈥檚 campuses are OPEN, Wednesday, Feb. 5

Wednesday, Feb. 5, 6:30 a.m. 鈥 Camosun鈥檚 campuses are OPEN today. Classes and services are scheduled to run as planned.

Grounds crew have been working at Lansdowne and Interurban to spread salt and sand on parking lots, roadways and main walkways as conditions are icy. Please allow extra time when commuting, dress warmly and stay on cleared paths.

Chef David Lang has over 25 years of experience in the culinary industry with a focus on Gastronomy, The Farm to Table Movement and Food Security.

The past 12 years have been focused on education with instructional roles at North Island College, VIU and presently, as the Chair of the Culinary Arts Department at 换妻探花. Chef Lang is committed to helping educate future Chefs and Culinarians.
