Award description

This award was established by the Mathematics & Statistics department to honour a former colleague, Jim Mugford, who was instrumental in developing and maintaining the second-year Mathematics & Statistics program at Camosun.

Criteria

You must:

  • have successfully completed first-year calculus, linear algebra, and at least three second-year mathematics courses.
  • have achieved a minimum GPA of 7.0 (A-) in second-year mathematics courses.
  • not been a previous recipient of this award.
  • submit 聽a brief statement (200 words) describing your background, academic program, career goals and interests.
