Body composition through DEXA

A DEXA (Dual-Energy X-ray Absorptiometry) scan is a cutting-edge medical imaging method used for assessing body composition, providing valuable data on bone density, visceral fat, lean muscle mass, and resting metabolism, giving a well-rounded picture of your health.

The scan offers a clear baseline to track changes over time, allowing you to see the impact of your fitness programs, diet, or lifestyle changes with tangible, objective data.
